Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned construction clients
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations
  • Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing client accounts
  • Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Monitor and report on client health metrics and usage patterns

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in SaaS or construction technology
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry and its workflows
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer success tools
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field
