Responsibilities
- •Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned construction clients
- •Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations
- •Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews
- •Identify expansion opportunities within existing client accounts
- •Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- •Monitor and report on client health metrics and usage patterns
Requirements
- •3+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in SaaS or construction technology
- •Strong understanding of the construction industry and its workflows
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills
- •Experience with CRM systems and customer success tools
- •Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client management
- •Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field
